1. The Needle POINTS Program was
developed as a loyalty program for our customers who visit Stitch It's retail
sites and purchase Products and/or clothing alteration services.
2. Needle POINTS will be awarded on all
purchases made at participating locations, with the exception of Stitch It Gift
Cards or any other items specified as exclusions from time to time.
Needle POINTS will be awarded as follows:

3. By using the Needle POINTS, you
acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to
the collection and use of personal information in accordance with Stitch It's
privacy policy and statement. Needle POINTS is for personal use only. Business
corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, groups, or associations may not
register.
4. Needle POINTS are not transferable
from one account to another and may only be used for your own purchases.
However, all enrolled Members in a household can accumulate Needle POINTS
together (through the use of an identical phone number) and will be considered
as one account. Anyone who wishes to accumulate their own points in a household
must register their account with a unique telephone number such as a mobile
phone.
5. All bonus Needle POINTS will be
awarded to the Needle POINTS Member account. Bonus Needle POINTS will not be
awarded if it is a duplicate account or fraudulent attempt to gain extra
points. .
6. Needle POINTS Members will be
responsible to pay all applicable taxes on the rewards redeemed, either through
the redemption of additional POINTS or direct payment to Stitch It. You may be
required to pay additional fees such as, but not limited to, shipping costs.
7. To redeem Needle POINTS, you must
have accumulated sufficient Needle POINTS required for the item of your choice.
Please see our online store for more information on how many points are
required to start redeeming.
8. When redeeming Needle POINTS, your
Needle POINTS account will be reduced by the specified number of Needle POINTS
required for the reward being redeemed. If Stitch It deems it is reasonable to
accept a return of the item, your account will be credited with the appropriate
number ofNeedle POINTS. Needle POINTS rewards may not be returned for
cash.
9. Stitch It assumes no responsibility
for any loss, damage, defect, injury, death or expense relating to any reward.
10. Needle POINTS have no cash value and
cannot be exchanged for cash. Needle POINTS cannot be sold or purchased and may
not be exchanged, gifted, bartered, mortgaged or made subject to any security
interest or charge.
11. The rewards have the warranty of the
manufacturer.
12. Stitch It reserves the right to
change or discontinue the Needle POINTS program at any time, without advance
notice. In the event of discontinuing the Needle POINTS program, Stitch It will
attempt to provide at least sixty (60) days notice to you, within which you may
redeem any outstanding Needle POINTS.
13. All Needle POINTS totals, as shown
on the online portal, will be deemed to be correct, unless otherwise determined
by Stitch It. Discrepancies must be addressed with Stitch It within sixty (60)
days of the date the discrepancy occurred.
14. Stitch It is not responsible for any
errors or omissions with regard to the Needle POINTS program. Stitch It is also
not responsible for any lost or unauthorized use of Needle POINTS or for any
redemption of Needle POINTS in the Needle POINTS program.
15. Please also advise Stitch It of any
changes in your address or account, you can do this by logging into your
account and changing your details.
16. Any failure to comply with any of
these terms and conditions or any violation, fraud or abuse of the Needle
POINTS program may result in forfeiture of all points and possible termination
of theNeedle POINTS Member's account without compensation as deemed
appropriate and necessary by Stitch It.
17. The Needle POINTS program is void
where prohibited by federal, provincial or local law.
18. No more than 20,000 Needle POINTS
will be awarded on any single-purchase transaction made at any participating
Stitch It Retail location, unless otherwise agreed by Stitch It.
19. Stitch It will not be liable or
responsible in any manner for any tax consequences which may arise from any
participation in the Needle POINTS program.
20. Needle POINTS will be forfeited upon
the closure of a Needle POINTS Member account.
21. Stitch It reserves the right to
close any Needle POINTS Member account that has been inactive for twelve (12)
consecutive months, and all accumulated Needle POINTS will be forfeited. We
will advise you thirty (30) days before this date to make a purchase or the
account will be closed.
