Sign-Up:
Sign up for your FREE and CARDLESS
Needle POINTS account via: http://www.stitchit.com
on the right side of the page or you may navigate to the registration page through the main menu, under "Services". Sign up requires your Name, Password, Address,
E-mail, and Phone number. You will also be asked to fill in the last 2 Stitch It
locations you visited, at least one is preferred. (This is important to fill out when redeeming points for
store credit but can't be done later). Your phone number will be used as your membership number. Needle POINTS is strictly for individual customers; businesses, referral retailers, and employees are not allowed to sign up for Needle POINTS.
Registrants should be reminded that the information we collect from you for Needle POINTS will never be sold to a 3rd party. We would also like to remind you that the information you fill out during registration must be valid. Any accounts seen with fake email addresses or phone numbers will be deleted on sight and the points balance will be lost.
Post Sign-up:
You will receive a thank-you for
enrolling e-mail and your account will be credited with 192 points, just for
signing up. At this point you are free to start earning points by visiting one
of our convenient retail locations across Canada,
and 3 US States.
Earning Points:
In-Store:
For every dollar you spend in one of
our 95 locations your account will be credited 16 points. **Please make sure to
remember or write down the phone number you used to sign up with, as it will be
used as your membership number**.
Refer-A-Friend:
You can suggest your friends to
join Needle POINTS also, and for each friend that successfully signs up based
on your recommendation you will receive 80 bonus points. You will receive an
e-mail within 24 to 48 hours confirming that your friend signed up, and that
your points have been added. If the friend you referred does not sign up then
you will not receive your bonus points.
1-Minute
Customer Survey:
You can also earn a one-time bonus by completing our 1-minute customer survey found during the signup process. Once complete your account
will be credited 16 points. This may only be completed one time for bonus points.
Points typically take 24-48 hours
to be credited to your account.If you'd like to view your most up to date balance, simply log into your account and it will display automatically for you.
We will not retroactively award points on purchases made before signing up for Needle POINTS.
Redeeming Points:
***We are currently upgrading our Online Store for easy Point Redemption. If you wish to redeem your points before this functionality is complete, please e-mail us here and we can manually redeem points for a store credit at a location of your choice***
You can only redeem your points
online in our product catalog. If you do not wish to redeem your points for
products online, we have added the option to have your points converted to a
credit balance on your account at one of our stores of your choosing. Once a credit has been applied to a store it
cannot be changed so please ensure you select the correct store.
The minimum redemption value is $5 for 1600 points. We have completed extensive research which shows us that many other loyalty programs undervalue their points. We wanted to give you the most value for your dollar which is why our redemption value is 2-3 times greater than many other similar programs!
