Stitch It guarantees quality of workmanship.

Should a mistake occur, we will:

1. Fix the alteration right away at no charge.
   

If the mistake cannot be fixed;

1. New garments will be replaced with original receipt
2. Pre-worn garments will be refunded to a fair, mutually agreed value

PREPAID SERVICES

All services are to be paid for prior to alteration being completed.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned within 30 days with original packaging:

• with receipt; receive full refund
• without receipt; store credit will be issued which can be redeemed for services or products
  

GARMENT RETURN POLICY

All garments must be returned within 30 days of pick up date to be eligible for ‘Our Guarantee’

DISCOUNTS

10% for Senior Citizens

• Canada - 60 years old and over.
  
• USA - 55 years old and over.
  

CLEAN GARMENTS

Soiled garments must be clean/dry-cleaned prior to alternations be done.
