All associates that have been with Stitch It for a minimum term are eligible to receive a bonus, this bonus gets deposited directly to an RRSP fund to help associates save for retirement.

This Holiday Season, Stitch it will be giving 10 families from within our company a helping hand around the holidays.

CNIB (Canadian National Institute for the Blind)
For several years Stitch It has made generous donations to the CNIB. Our Georgian Mall Team in Barrie Ontario raises over $1,000 per year from quilt raffle sales. Stitch It matches the money raised.
Relay for Life
In summer 2005 the Stitch it Corporate Office participated in the 24 hour relay for life supporting cancer research. The associates at Head office raised $2,387.09. In 2006, the Stitch It head office will be challenging any Stitch It location across Canada to beat them, with some healthy competition we hope to raise a significant amount of money from all the stores.
Halton Women's Shelter
In the Head Office community Stitch it donates to the Halton women's
shelter throughout the year and during the holiday season.

Stitch It donated to the Tsunami Fund and contributed to the care packages for orphans of Katrina.
